About

I’m a Business Analyst and Project Manager in Financial Inclusion at Access Bank in Lagos. I lead requirements end to end, from discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to signed-off requirements and SIT/UAT, while also running delivery, two roles the Bank normally separates. I’m a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II), with 4 years across banking, payments and AI products.

Outside the Bank I build AI products through my studio, Version Phi: Aimery, an AI assistant that tailors a resume to a job posting, and Merge X, a mail merge app for Gmail. I’m also Product Lead on GPT Investor, and I’m studying for an MBA in Strategic Management at Babcock University.

    Access Bank Plc, Lagos Mar 2024 to Present

    • Led the launch of the Beta 2.0 digital onboarding app and portal, mobilising ₦268.36M in deposits and opening 2,210 savings accounts through 403 field agents within 6 months.
    • Contributed to initiatives that grew agency banking channel revenue by 64%.
    • Promoted in 2026. I onboard and coach new BAs, PMs and interns.

  2. Business Analyst, Partnerships & Digital Capabilities

    Access Bank Plc, Lagos Jun 2023 to Feb 2024

    • Turned ambiguous needs into 10+ requirements documents with end-to-end process flows for partner initiatives with MoMo PSB (MTN's payment service bank), TeamApt and Paystack.
    • Led requirements for the Access Switch Fee Module enhancement and the DCIR Web Merchant Manager and Dispute Resolution Portal, modelling the DCIR processes in BPMN.

  3. Curator / Product Manager

    • Grew an African startup publication 9x.
    • Managed partnerships with GITEX Africa and IATF.

  4. Founder, Product & BA Lead: Aimery

    Version Phi Sep 2026 to Present

    • Wrote the solution specification for an AI assistant that tailors a resume to a job posting, and directed the build with AI coding agents.
    • Tested it for prompt injection and fixed it, so injected postings scored back in the clean range.

    • Turned a mail merge prototype's failures into a requirements document and 100+ backlog items.
    • Directed AI coding agents to ship the full sending loop in 6 days. In private beta.

    • Led requirements elicitation and user analysis, including 15+ user interviews, for personalised AI stock digests, growing to 10,000+ downloads.
    • Data-driven iterations improved retention by 25%.

How this site was built

I wrote the specification for this site before any code: who it is for, what each page must show, the only figures it may use and the checks it must pass. Claude Code, an AI coding agent, built the site from that specification in phases, one pull request at a time, with automated checks for broken links, contrast, layout and page weight on every change. I reviewed every page against the specification before each phase was merged. The code and the specification are public.
